When it comes to Diversity and Inclusion, I light up with passion. Having started my career in nursing and with extensive experience in HR in Australia and overseas, I understand the immense impact we can have in creating safe and inclusive spaces for individuals, organisations, and society as a whole.
I bring a proven innovative approach to the development of strategies and practices that lift organisations up, with a focus on building organisational maturity in Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
My expertise includes the development and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion policies and strategies, community leadership in LGBTIQ+ volunteer organizations, and participation as the Co Chair of in AHRI NSW Diversity Network and LGBTIQ+ projects and initiatives.
I have spoken at various conferences, including Pride in Diversity and AHRI Diversity and Inclusion events, on inclusive service provision and belonging as an employee.
With skills in consultation, group facilitation, public speaking, presentation, strategic review, program management, business planning, facilitation, and business transformation, I am poised to make a difference in the world of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Diversity and Inclusion doesn’t just make sense morally but also make good business sense. According to research, diverse and inclusive organizations are more productive and innovative. Inclusive marketing also attracts the inclusive consumer - one who is more likely to buy from diverse brands.
Join me and let's make a positive impact in the world of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
